MLS Bio Announces Partnership with the Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium

MLS Bio is pleased to announce its partnership with the Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium, a globally recognised clinical research organisation dedicated to advancing innovative prostate cancer clinical studies.

The partnership represents a significant strategic milestone for MLS Bio as the company progresses its lead oncology asset, MLS-269, toward clinical development. MLS-269 is MLS Bio’s first-in-class small molecule oncology program targeting CD151-associated biology, with an initial focus on prostate cancer and broader potential across solid tumour indications.

Through this partnership, MLS Bio is working with PCCTC to support the clinical development pathway for MLS-269, including expert guidance on translational strategy, target product profile, biomarker considerations, trial design and the broader pathway toward a Phase 1b/2 clinical program.
