MLS Bio Appoints Mr Paul Scagliotti to the Board in the position of Company Secretary

MLS Bio is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Scagliotti, BCom/BLaw, MLaw, FGIA, to its Board of Directors in the position of Compnay Secretary. Mr Scagliotti also serves as the company’s General Counsel, bringing extensive expertise in corporate governance, legal strategy, and regulatory compliance to the Board.

Mr Scagliotti is an experienced commercial lawyer with a strong track record across biotechnology, higher education, and advanced manufacturing. His career spans leadership in complex transactions, intellectual property strategy, investment structuring, and company secretarial practice. He has previously served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer at Concepta Group and held senior legal roles with leading Australian universities.

His appointment strengthens the alignment of legal, financial, and operational governance at MLS Bio as the company advances its oncology and antiviral programs toward international clinical development.

Mr Adrian Hondros, Non-Executive Director, welcomed the appointment, stating:

Mr Scagliotti holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne, dual degrees in Law and Commerce (Marketing & Finance) from the University of Western Australia, and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, where he is undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
